Following the great success of Bowls’ Big Weekend over the past two years, we’re delighted your club wants to join in with the 2023 edition.

Holding a fun, well-organised Bowls’ Big Weekend event will help you to raise your club’s profile in the community, attract visitors and ultimately gain new participants – all vital for the future of your club.

We want to help you generate as much interest as possible, but importantly we want you to have fun too!

We have made considerable investments into the support and development of this programme. For us to continue to understand the full benefits of this investment it is imperative that clubs provide the information on attendees in a useable and timely format. This will allow better understanding of how we can support clubs to recruit and drive further investment into this project for future years.

We agree to provide the information of attendees by Friday 16th June by using the returns form and link supplied by Bowls’ Big Weekend. We understand the need and importance of this information to be returned for the further support and investment into Bowls’ Big Weekend for future years.

We have read and understood the Bowls Big Weekend Privacy Statement that details the GDPR requirement of this event. We understand that this policy allows us to return attendance details to Bowls’ Big Weekend (and its officers) for the future improvements of the event.

Should you register after Friday 5th May, it is not guaranteed that you will receive the Bowls Big Weekend resources in time however it will be our best endeavours to get these to you as a club in time.
